BaobaBed Hostels Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy for direct bookings: you must cancel your booking with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your Check-In date.

Our Check-In time starts at 2:00 pm.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

For bookings with a third party site (Hostelworld, Agoda, Booking, etc) please contact them to cancel your reservation through that booking site.

If you made your booking directly with us, please email the hostel for which you made the booking– your cancellation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us. You may contact us with the following emails:

Your Reservation Deposit

Any deposits you have paid via a third party site, (Hostelworld, Agoda, Booking, etc) are 100% commissions from said website.  We are unable to refund deposits from online booking sites and you must contact them directly for assistance.

No Show Policy

In the event you do not arrive or contact us in regards to your booking, we will consider this a “No Show” and you will be charged via your credit card the full balance of your booking.
